COLLABOARATIVE SPECIALIZED EDUCATION

Collaborative Education:
Onsite or Offsite

Blended and/or Instructor Led Training

Partner with ABC Academy to bring quality and innovative education to your organization!

What is Collaborative Education?

Collaborative Education is a process where your organization works along with ABC Academy to define and create a course or education program that is suited for your organization.

Identify improvement opportunities, via a Needs Assessment, and participate in the design of the courseware, job aids, speaking points and presentation format.

Benefits of Collaborative Education?

Sharpen your views to identify immediate needs. Rather than “guessing” what the needs are, utilize a Needs Assessment to identify and
   isolate improvement opportunities.

Make the most of your training budget. Economic pressures can stress and reduce training dollars. By providing specialized education you
can assure that your dollars are applied towards areas of immediate need and that will have the best affect on the bottom line.

Fit for purpose. “Off the Shelf” topics are generic and may not be fully applicable for your organization. Collaborating on the content will assure
that your company policies, and Vision and Mission Statements are represented.

Measurable application and improvement. Via Needs Assessment, benchmark skills and strengths for measureable improvements

Align with Performance Management. Align courses with job descriptions. Utilize course results to measure employee progress.
