Electricians install wiring and other electrical components such as breaker boxes, switches, light fixtures, and telephone and television wiring. They must be familiar with local and national codes. Electricians must be carefully trained and safe because they can be exposed or they can expose others to hazardous conditions and situations. Electricians learn their trade through apprenticeship programs that provide classroom instruction and on-the-job training with experienced electricians.
Highly Qualified Instructors
ABC Institute’s electrical instructors are journeyman or masters in their trade. They are state certified and registered craft instructors with the National Center for Construction Education and Research.
Trade Recognition
ABC Institute’s Electrical Apprenticeship Program is registered in the State of Florida and is nationally recognized by the United States Department of Labor and is accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research.
